Paul Jones is one of Melbourne’s most respected commercial real estate professionals – an award-winning agent and founder of Jones Real Estate, with a career built on exceptional results, deep market knowledge and long-standing relationships with some of Australia’s most significant investors, institutions and corporations.
With extensive senior experience at global and publicly-listed real estate corporations, Paul has personally represented over $1 billion in property listings and developed a reputation that extends well beyond Victoria. His network spans high-profile private investors, major institutions and corporate occupiers on both a local and global scale – a connectivity that allows him to unite capital with local expertise across any asset class or location.
As founder and Managing Director of Jones Real Estate, Paul leads a growing team of specialists across sales, leasing, management, operations and advisory. Under his leadership, the business has quickly established itself as a serious force in the Australian commercial property market.
Paul is regularly engaged by high-profile clients and corporations for specialist advisory work – from general brokerage and negotiation through to confidential acquisitions and strategic restructuring. He is also contracted by the Victorian Government to provide expert consulting on property matters, including the acquisition and divestment of major projects.
