Jones Real Estate and TT Global Merge to Expand Victorian Commercial Property Footprint

We’re thrilled to announce our merger with TT Global, a leading commercial property agency with over two decades’ experience, which marks a significant growth milestone for our agency.

As part of the merger, TT Global’s specialist team of sales, leasing and property management agents will transition into our business from April 2024 and commence operating under the Jones Real Estate entity name.

The synergy between Jones Real Estate and TT Global is strong as our core servicing areas are complementary to each other’s existing commercial real estate offerings.

Jones Real Estate brings strong sales and leasing capability across Melbourne’s CBD office, commercial, warehousing and retail verticals to TT Global, while TT Global’s broad footprint will increase our combined portfolio of managed properties to roughly $1 billion.

While the merger will drive some changes regarding how our agency will operate, the appropriate measures have been taken to ensure no disruptions to the Jones Real Estate and TT Global client networks during this phase.

Through the new operational structure, Paul Jones will continue as Managing Director of Jones Real Estate, while Tim Spargo and Tony Tai will transition to the role of company Directors.

The future is bright for Jones Real Estate and TT Global as we embark on this new chapter of growth and expansion.
