Darcy Brown brings over a decade of experience across commercial lending, structured finance and portfolio management to his role as Director, Portfolio Solutions at Jones Real Estate. He leads the firm’s capital advisory and portfolio management functions, delivering tailored funding strategies that optimise performance, unlock long-term value and support sustainable portfolio growth.
In addition to his role at Jones Real Estate, Darcy is the Founder of Enterprise Capital, a boutique capital advisory and mortgage broking firm that partners with family offices, private investors, business owners and property developers. His earlier career includes senior positions at NAB and Macquarie Group, and the management of a diversified asset portfolio for a Melbourne-based family office.
Darcy’s technical expertise, commercial acumen and hands-on approach enable him to deliver pragmatic, outcome-driven solutions for clients navigating complex property and capital markets.
