VINCENT LAM 林维钧

Vincent Lam is a Manager in Jones Real Estate’s Asian Investment Service Desk, focused on connecting Asian capital with commercial property opportunities across Australia. He maintains a strong focus on Asian investor networks, working with everyone from first-time private buyers through to institutions, family offices and developers.

Commercial real estate represents the second chapter of Vincent’s career. Prior to agency life, he held roles at NAB, KPMG and CBRE, building a strong foundation in banking, professional services and institutional real estate that continues to shape his structured approach to transactions.

Born and raised in China and now based in Melbourne, Vincent brings a natural ability to bridge cultural and commercial perspectives – often navigating multiple markets and time zones within the same transaction. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, he maintains strong relationships with a deep network of local and international Asian buyers. He is known for his persistence once a campaign is underway, helping create momentum and drive competitive outcomes for clients.

Vincent holds an MBA in Data Analytics and is both CA and CPA qualified, bringing a rigorous, data-driven approach to due diligence and deal strategy.
